Wow Resorts and JW Marriott Unveil New $1.3 Billion Project

Wow Resorts has partnered with JW Marriott to bring the JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort and JW Marriott Residences Al Marjan Island to Ras Al Khaimah.

Wow Resorts has joined forces with JW Marriott to introduce the JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort & JW Marriott Residences Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. 

Upon completion, this venture is expected to boast an estimated value of $1.3 billion.

Growing Real Estate Potential:

Ras Al Khaimah, especially Al Marjan Island, has witnessed consistent demand for residential and tourism developments, signifying promising prospects for real estate investments in the northern emirate. 

The allure of waterfront living experiences has attracted global investors, positioning Al Marjan Island as a prime destination for high investment returns.

Collaborative Effort and Inauguration:

Founders of Wow Resorts, Anwar Ali Aman and Bhupender ‘Bruce’ Patel, representatives from Marriott International and architect Abdulla Al Abdouli, marked the partnership’s inception in a recent ceremony. 

This collaboration sets the stage for the first JW Marriott-branded resort and residences on Al Marjan Island, expected to draw over five million visitors annually, elevating the island’s global standing in tourism and luxurious living.

The project, envisioned by Beverly Hills architect Tony Ashai in collaboration with Dubai-based Lead Consultants Architecture Design Unit (ADU), is scheduled to open by late 2026. It signifies Wow Resorts’ debut in the UAE’s Northern Emirates, a region favored for leisure and luxury.

Extravagant Offerings and Features:

Featuring 524 residences encompassing 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options, luxurious penthouses, and 300 guest rooms, the project will also host seven dining venues, a spa, pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness center catering to discerning residents and guests.

Anwar Ali Aman expressed gratitude for the collaboration and the opportunity to enrich their luxury portfolio, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing experiences in the region’s luxury sector. 

Bhupender ‘Bruce’ Patel highlighted the rising demand for waterfront living and their dedication to optimizing guest and resident experiences.

Abdulla Al Abdouli emphasized the project’s alignment with Al Marjan Island’s commitment to unparalleled living experiences.
