The sixth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) begins as thousands of residents embrace the challenge to exercise for 30 minutes daily for a month.
An Initiative by Dubai Crown Prince:
DFC, initiated by Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has been a highly anticipated event in Dubai’s annual calendar.

DFC offers a diverse range of activities, from community events and fitness hubs to unique classes and competitions all over Dubai.
Guinness World Record Attempt:
Join the record-breaking attempt for the largest HIIT workout on Sheikh Zayed Road on November 12, organized by Adidas and Les Mills.
Open to all UAE residents over 16, it offers a thrilling workout against the backdrop of Dubai’s Museum of the Future.
Dance Your Way to Fitness:
Explore free 30-minute classes four times a week at PAD by Yasmin Karachiwala at The Greens from October 28 to November 26. Participants also have an opportunity to win thrilling prizes.
Swimming in the Sky:
Experience a unique triathlon at the Aura sky pool, 200m above ground. The event features a 3km row, 3km cycle, and a swim in the world’s highest 360° infinity pool. Prizes, trophies, and finisher rewards await participants.
Inflatable Water Adventure:
Enjoy family fun at Kite Beach Fitness Village with the Emirates NBD Aqua Park, a thrilling 40m inflatable obstacle course suitable for ages 3 and above, priced at Dh30 for 30 minutes.
Besides the Aqua Park, the fitness village offers various activities like CrossFit, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, and padbol for all fitness enthusiasts.
