Where bold Northern Chinese flavors, smooth beats, and an unmatched atmosphere come together for a meal worth lingering over.
Dubai, UAE – 11 February 2026 – This Valentine’s Day, Hutong invites guests to celebrate their love through an unforgettable culinary journey. On 14 February, experience a special sharing tasting menu designed for couples who are as passionate about food as they are about each other. Set against the backdrop of Hutong’s glamorous dining room and its terrace aglow with red lanterns, the evening promises an intimate celebration where exquisite flavors take center stage.
Available all day, the Valentine’s experience centers on a curated tasting menu priced at AED 350 per person, paired with specially crafted drinks created exclusively for the sweetest occasion. A resident DJ sets the mood from day to night with smooth, uplifting beats, while every lady is greeted with a rose, a thoughtful gesture that adds a touch of romance and charm.
The menu opens with a sequence of small plates that balance richness and texture. Smoked Vegetarian Tricolor Rolls, Crispy Shallot Abalone with Bobo Sauce, and Black Truffle Crispy Chicken introduce the experience, before the menu moves into a refined dim sum course. Truffle Mushroom Millefeuille and Heart-Shaped Shrimp Dumplings with Hotpot Sauce follow, alongside Roasted Peking Duck with Pancakes, available as an optional supplement for those looking to mark the occasion with a centerpiece dish.
Mains arrive with Scallion-Baked Prime Beef Tenderloin and Sichuan-Style Chilean Sea Bass with Bamboo Shoots, with sides including Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables with Garlic and Wagyu Fried Rice. Dessert closes on a playful note with Hutong Love’s Heart, a jasmine mousse layered with yuzu curd and finished with a crisp rose-shaped flourish, sweet, sharp, and designed for two spoons.
Culinary direction is led by Ren Dingxu, Executive Chef at Hutong, whose approach blends regional Chinese technique with contemporary precision, creating dishes that delight over and over again.
With bold Northern Chinese flavors, a relaxed all-day format and a menu built around sharing, Hutong offers a Valentine’s Day celebration that feels effortless, indulgent and centered on what’s most important, the pleasure of eating well together.
