Hisham Seify, M.D., PhD, FACS, stands out as one of the most respected plastic surgeons practicing today. He completed thirteen years of post-graduate training, earning a master’s degree, a doctorate (PhD), and board certification in plastic surgery. During this time, he also trained at Emory University, completing a clinical fellowship in plastic surgery and further specializing in oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery.

Following his training, Dr. Seify founded Newport Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Associates and the Prestige Surgery Center in Newport Beach, California. In addition to private practice, Dr. Seify serves as a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is also the director of the Orange County Aesthetic Fellowship, a program dedicated to training future aesthetic surgeons through structured academic and clinical mentorship.

For more than a decade, he has been consistently listed among Top Doctors in America, including recognition from U.S. News, Castle Connolly, and Newsweek, which named him among the top plastic surgeons in the United States for specialties such as breast surgery, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and liposuction in 2023 and 2024.
