At the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Ahmed served as Traffic & Transport Manager with Accor’s The Living Adventure. He managed more than 200 vehicles, handled transport for 2,000+ staff, oversaw 24/7 operations, and ensured compliance across multiple secure zones.
FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023: Complex Multi-Venue Coordination
As Venue Hotel Transport Coordinator for Auckland, he managed hotel-to-venue transport for VIPs, officials, referees, and teams. His planning and supervision helped deliver a seamless transport experience across several operational hubs.
Luxury, Culture & National Events: Cartier, Liwa Village, and COP28
Ahmed’s expertise continued to shine across luxury and cultural projects. As Country Logistics Manager for Cartier VCA activations, he handled VVIP logistics, helicopter movements, and luxury hospitality coordination. At Liwa Village, he built transportation systems from scratch, creating structured routes, parking flows, and digital access plans. During COP28, he played a key role in regulating marshalling yards, delivery operations, and environmental logistics.

Today, Ahmed serves as Manager – Bus Planning & Driver Scheduling at AMAALA, one of the world’s most ambitious luxury destinations.
