Yet, despite her professional success, something was missing — a deeper sense of fulfillment and purpose.
Awakening the Dream Through Neuro Linguistic Programming
After more than two decades in the corporate sector, Coach Bee decided to learn Neuro Linguistic Programming, a transformative approach to personal development and communication. It was here that her childhood dream was reignited and the path ahead became clear.
Coach Bee realized that her background in Human Resources had sharpened her empathy and compassion, key ingredients in mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. More importantly, she discovered that people have the power to choose how they respond to life’s difficulties and can stop feeling like victims. This belief fueled her decision to step into the healing profession.
Today, Coach Bee is recognized internationally as a Master Trainer by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming — an elite position held by only a select few worldwide. As a Master Trainer, she is responsible for training and certifying the next generation of coaches and practitioners. This role allows her to create a much larger impact, reaching far beyond the limited number of clients she could help individually.
In addition to training, Coach Bee mentors other professionals in her community, ensuring that she stays updated with the latest knowledge and techniques. This continuous learning benefits not only her but also her students and their clients, creating a powerful ripple effect in the field of mental and emotional health.
A Courageous Career Shift Amid Crisis
In 2019, Coach Bee made the bold choice to leave her corporate career behind and dedicate herself fully to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This decision came just as Lebanon was entering a period of severe financial crisis and social upheaval, making the launch of her clinics more difficult and financial investments in her certifications a challenge.
But Coach Bee sees these obstacles as part of her journey — lessons that have made her stronger and more determined. She has continued to grow her expertise, adding certifications in hypnotherapy, time line therapy, energy healing, and spirituality. Despite the tough circumstances, her commitment to her vision has never faltered.
Bridging Cultures with Multilingual Training
As the only Master Trainer of her kind in the Middle East, Coach Bee has set her sights on expanding her reach. Her goal for 2026 is to bring her internationally accredited certification programs to the entire Arab world.
With 28 accredited trainers supporting her mission, she is now able to offer live and online training in Arabic, English, and French — a unique advantage that allows her to serve a diverse and wide-ranging audience.
One of her newest initiatives is the Executive Neuro Linguistic Programming for Senior Managers program, which combines her corporate leadership experience with her mental health expertise. This course aims to equip business leaders with powerful tools to manage themselves and their teams effectively. Coach Bee calls Neuro Linguistic Programming the unfair advantage for executives who want to excel in today’s competitive environment.
