There have been many moments in my life where my mind searched deeply for meaning, for a bigger purpose, and for real connection. My heart kept longing for something more, something beyond the routine. As Alia Ghanem, I learned that these experiences did not break me—they built me.
When I look back now, I can clearly see how these moments stacked up like bricks, building me a ladder to climb higher. Life pushed me through social challenges, serious health problems, and even the painful loss of a parent.
It was never about just one big moment. It was about decision after decision, each obstacle shaping my inner strength. Each choice helped anchor my belief in my life’s purpose.

The Power of Kindness and Compassion
Kindness, compassion, and happiness have always been inspiring virtues to me, no matter who practices them. Throughout my journey, I attended workshops and courses that allowed me to dive into people’s stories, their traumas, and their resilience. These stories transformed me from the inside out.
Choosing this path changed every part of my life. With every step of my self-discovery journey, I started to see beyond what my eyes could see. I felt more, lived more fully, and engaged deeply with life.
The positive impact did not stop at me. It began to influence the people around me too. It gave me a bigger reason to continue, inspiring people in every possible way. I was not just a coach providing structure—I was a compassionate human who had overcome pain and wanted to help others do the same.

Every Step Was an Achievemen
Every step I took felt like a huge achievement. It was never random. Each step was marked by new awareness and strengthened by new skills.
My passion truly took off when I, Alia Ghanem, saw a life coaching course on social media and decided to register. Later, I completed a Neuro Linguistic Programming course, followed by many more courses, webinars, and workshops.
I kept moving forward, even when life threw major challenges my way—losing a loved one, severe health issues, and migrating due to war.
One of the most challenging moments of my life was being diagnosed with breast cancer. That season brought a complex mix of emotions—uncertainty, fear, relief, and gratitude. Each one mirrored a mental and emotional state I had to live through, process, and learn from. And I’m still in it. I’m still living the recovery, and with it, the moments of awareness it continues to bring into my life. This journey is ongoing—it hasn’t finished yet, and that’s a truth I carry every day.
I was uncertain, but I trusted my medical team. I was scared, but I had strong belief and a solid support system. I was grateful for every moment that allowed me to reflect, grow, and connect more deeply with others.
There were days of extreme fatigue, nose and mouth bleeding, foggy thoughts, and no energy to even hold my phone. And yet, I continued to show up—posting on Instagram, filming reels, and staying active in my coaching work.
Because I believe that when life gets harder, it’s only redirecting you to the other side of the road—where hope lives.
Each trauma rooted me deeper, strengthened my resilience, and helped me set an example for my kids and the people around me.
Learning Through Instagram: From User to Coach
I also started my Instagram page with zero knowledge of social media. It was a big step. There were times I had no idea what to do or how to do it. I spent hours and days creating content, preparing videos, and editing everything by myself.
It was not easy at all, especially while managing my responsibilities as a mother and wife. But deep down, I knew it was worth every single hour.
Starting my Instagram page pushed me to learn so much. Each post and each engagement taught me something new and took me further on my professional journey.
I went from being a normal user to becoming a business user—and that is a huge difference. It required patience, persistence, and a strong purpose.
I had to teach myself marketing tools and editing software on my own because I did not have a professional team. Another big challenge was choosing my niche and aligning my content with it.
After experiencing personal growth and seeing its impact, it felt natural for me to focus on personal growth as my niche. My mission became clear: help people build self-awareness, manage themselves better, and communicate with themselves and others. My goal was to shift people’s mindsets toward growth and possibility.
With every challenge I overcame, my niche and experiences became even clearer.
Future Plans: Expanding Alia Ghanem’s Mission
I have so many projects and ideas that sometimes I do not even know where to start.
My main plan now is to earn more certificates to strengthen my credibility and expand my professional network.
I am also preparing workshops designed to fit everyone—housewives, young adults, and working professionals. These workshops are structured with rich information and practical strategies that people can easily apply to their daily lives for better outcomes.
Learning Never Stops
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that learning never stops. The moment you think you know it all is the moment you start to fail.
Nothing in life is permanent. Life changes, and so do we. We need to be flexible, show compassion to ourselves and others, and have faith.
Every one of us has a unique role in this universe. We should do our best, stay open to change, and trust that God’s plans are bigger and wiser than what we can imagine.
Inspiring Others to Become Better Versions of Themselves
My biggest dream as Alia Ghanem is to inspire every person going through personal struggles to become a better version of themselves. I want to show them that it is possible to rise above any challenge.
I also want to impact housewives and remind them that self-growth is an essential part of their roles as mothers. When they grow, they build and pass on strong values to the next generation.
Spreading awareness about self-growth in every part of life is my mission.
I want to be remembered as someone who was passionate, compassionate, resilient, inspiring, and kind. These values are deeply rooted in me and guide how I influence my clients and followers.
Overcoming Pain and Finding Strength
Starting my career was not easy. I was healing myself while building my professional life.
What I went through shaped my knowledge and experience. Every trauma, every sad moment, every closed door—I decided to open them and move forward. I gathered every bit of information that could help me and kept going.
If I could speak to my younger self, I would say: You did your best at every step. You were amazing with the tools and abilities you had.
As Alia Ghanem, I believe every closed door can be opened. Every struggle can be turned into a new opportunity to learn and grow.
