Balancing her career with raising two daughters, Sarah and Rhea, has shaped Roula’s leadership. Her daughters remain her greatest motivation.
Signature Projects: Unique Concepts with Purpose
The Notch Hotel in Batroun, opening in summer 2026, is an adults-only retreat with eight suites, private pools, butler service, and the elegant Café de Notch. It’s designed as a romantic escape by the sea.
In contrast, Middle Beach Hotel in Jounieh offers 23 rooms, a lively pool, and a vibrant social atmosphere. With views of Jounieh Bay, it’s a go-to spot for beach lovers and locals alike.
Coming in October 2024, MissPop will open near Hamra LAU. This women-only residence will offer stylish shared and private apartments, giving students and young professionals a safe and supportive home.
Roula is also planning a new Lebanese dining concept in Dbayeh, bringing traditional flavors into a modern space, telling Lebanon’s story through every dish.
