In a departure from the traditional student focus on academics, Abdulla effortlessly manages his academic responsibilities and thriving entrepreneurial venture.

Amidst the disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Abdulla found solace and passion in the culinary arts. Adapting to changing circumstances, he rekindled his love for cooking, pivoting from a robotics enthusiast to a culinary entrepreneur.

Abdulla’s commitment to quality is evident in the meticulous preparation of Wagyu briskets, a process demanding over 14 hours of slow smoking. Boldly promising high-quality cuts, Abdulla aims to surpass the standards set by renowned Texas barbecue establishments.

Abdulla’s commitment to consistent quality sometimes extends to overnight stays to ensure perfection in his briskets.

Abdulla’s culinary prowess has led to a partnership with Bahraini Kebab in Al Quoz, where he showcases his creations on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Othman Omar, the establishment’s manager, commends Abdulla’s unique and high-quality Wagyu briskets, attracting a loyal customer base to their premises.
